one of my favorites!! A few months ago I started making big pitchers of infused water before bed every night. I add 1 whole sliced lemon, 1 whole sliced cucumber, 1 handful of mint, and 1 sliced ginger root. It’s wonderful and is also great for aiding digestion and helping reduce bloat.
LOVE this idea. Been using the mint from our herb garden to flavor iced tea, too. It’s so refreshing first thing in the morning. Wakes me up better than coffee – esp on these SCREAMING hot days like we’re having lately!
