That sounds like a LOT of fun! I would love to do a pizza night. My favorite toppings? Sliced meatball is probably my number one (try the sliced meatball at Italy Italy if you live int eh Melbourne FL area…SOOO good), followed closely by any Italian meat like Genoa salami, pepperoni, or prosciutto. Really, ANY meat is good on pizza, but the more seasoned and flavorful, the better.
I’m brainstorming now…I make a mean marsala sauce. Maybe use that as the sauce, top it with fresh mozzarella and some really sharp pecorino romano and breaded sliced veal. add some fresh crushed garlic and oregano, brush the crust with some olive oil, bellissimo!! I think I have a meal plan for next week!
