Any meal where you have more than one meat type is a winner in my book!!! Mmmmm….sausage…
My mother-in-law makes something similar to this, only instead of chicken and sausage, she uses chicken, beef, and pork, all sliced into very small strips. It’s awesome!!
Sounds like cooking a basic paella. Add a little cilantro and you’d be set!
I should add that to the name because basically, yes, that is what it is.
