I am so excited to try this. I had been craving shrimp salad for awhile now and picked up some from the store. It was good but had to much mayo or sour cream or something. I will have to try to make my own now with the right balance.
Thanks for the idea 🙂 I think this is one of those things where everyone has their own variation and their own idea of how it should be. I know some people finely chop all the ingredients, some use a vinegarette dressing rather than the creamy base, some add more or less ingredients (celery, bell pepper, spice…). But sometimes just seeing someone else do it, even if it’s totally different from what you are used to, inspires you to try your own! Sometimes we forget how many recipes we really know and just need a little reminder once in a while! Wow, that totally could’ve been a different beginning for this blog post, haha.
