I’m a huge fan of kale chips! I toss them with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and then sprinkle with sea salt after they come out of the oven and are still hot. YUM!
At the restaurant I work at, they’ll toss kale into the deep fryer and then toss with salt – obviously not nearly as healthy but one of my absolute favorite snacks!

It looks pretty and sounds healthy. I would love to give spinach the same treatment. Thanks for sharing.
Let me know if you try it! I’d love to hear how it turns out
Nice use of aperture in that third photo by the way Paige! =)
Perfect healthy snack!
I LOVE kale chips and am making them right now. I rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Addictive! Yum!

I had kale chips for the first time this year. They are great and Kale is very very good for you.
I like to make a warm kale salad. I chop the kale very fine and saute it with (big surprise!) bacon and onion.
While its still warm I toss it in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Bacon makes everything better! I think I might try this.
mr3dphd: make sure you cut the kale very fine, otherwise it will be tough.
Do you mean like, mince it into confetti, or cut it into thin strips?
From all of these comments, I might have to give kale a try.
Oh I forgot to add the Kale chips I had we coated in olive oil garlic powder an Parmesan.
Very tasty!
